Miroir Glaze

Aldia miroir glaze is a cold glaze that can be applied directly onto the pastry after stirring. Our miroir glaze gives an excellent shine to the end product with no air bubbles or lumps.

The glaze is freeze/thaw stable and has a good adhesion on flat surface. This product is mainly used as pastry decoration.
